WHAT: 251 Dekalb, King of Prussia’s new luxury rental community, boasts an on-site art gallery as part of its innovative and robust lifestyle amenity profile. On June 28th from 5:00 – 7:00pm, the gallery will host an art exhibit opening reception featuring a new installation by fine art photographer Peter C. Jones. Curated by KMR Arts.

The exhibit, “Still Lives” explores the visual category of the still life and is the result of over a decade of exploration of the still world. Jones’ latest exhibit features images that depict glowing interiors, reflective surface, saturated color and gauzy layers that encourage the viewer to be present, to look, and to feel. The open-to-the-public event invites guests to view the new installation, enjoy wine, light bites and live music, while experiencing a taste of the elevated style of living 251 Dekalb offers.

Born and raised in New York City, he graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design where he studied privately with Harry Callahan. Jones’s artful life is reflected in his numerous and varying artistic roles and interests. Peter C. Jones is President of the Josef and Yaye Breitenbach Foundation, a former member of the Board of Fellows at The Center For Creative Photography. Jones is also a former consultant to The Philadelphia Museum of Art, Aperture and the Estate of Paul Strand.” – Peter C. Jones
